Tradewind Pavilion's rooftop pavilion offers magnificent 360-degree views of the neighborhood, two nearby bays, lush mountaintops, and, of course, the Caribbean Sea. The invigorating tropical winds flowing through the pavilion will rejuvenate your body and spirit. This rooftop space includes comfortable built-in seating for up to 20 people, a dining set for up to eight, a barbeque grill, a wet bar, and a sun tanning deck, all overlooking the beautiful, sparkling blue swimming pool. In addition to Tradewind's private pool, guests can also enjoy access to two shared swimming pools on the Reef View Pavilions property.
On the main level, you'll find a spacious kitchen, an intimate living room, and a dining room in an open plan. These areas feature multiple French doors that fully open to allow the ever-blowing ocean breezes to flow through, enhanced by ceiling fans for absolute comfort. For your convenience, the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need, including an oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, teapot, toaster, coffee maker, and essential kitchen utensils for preparing delicious meals. Fantastic views of the breathtaking tropical surroundings and the gorgeous Caribbean Sea can be enjoyed from anywhere in the kitchen, dining room, and living room. These inviting indoor spaces are surrounded by wrap-around porches/verandahs and a swimming pool, designed to provide comfortable outdoor areas under varying weather conditions throughout the day. The master bedroom, known as the Plumbago Room, features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom/shower. The Reef Room includes a small covered porch with a lovely view. The third bedroom, known as the Regatta Room, offers a queen bed with its own ensuite bathroom. This room is fitted with French doors leading to a small covered porch and the courtyard outside.
