Reef View Pavilions Holiday Villas and Condos is located in Lance Aux Epines, St. George's - a beautiful and scenic peninsula in the southwest of Grenada.  It is less than 10 minutes drive from Maurice Bishop International Airport, 5 minutes drive to the famous Grand Anse beach and shopping area, and 15 minutes drive to downtown St. George's - the main city. Lance Aux Epines is known for its upscale dwellings and vacation properties in quiet and peaceful settings. Great shopping, fabulous international restaurants, nightlife, and, of course, the sandy beaches, are all just a few minutes away.

Reef View Pavilions comprises two fabulous private villas and six wonderful vacation condos.  

The Villas, Tradewind Pavilion and the Turtleback Pavilion, each have a private swimming pool and are crafted onto a hillside amidst mature tropical gardens.  

The Condos, Condo del Cielo, Condo Armonia, Condo Las Palmas, Condo del Sol Condo Nautilo and Golden Palm Suite, are located on the lower levels of the property closer to the sea.

Condo del Sol is also rented as a single 5 bedroom condo to sleep up to 11 guests comfortably.

While Nautilo is a 5 bedroom condo, it is usually marketed as 5 separate Bed & Breakfast Rooms: Pool View Room, Mexican Palm Room, Coconut Palm Room, Foxtail Palm Room, and Fishtail Palm Room. Each room sleeps up to 2 adult guests comfortably. Foxtail has a built-in twin sized daybed in addition to a full sized double bed  that can sleep an extra person. 

Nautilo is also rented as a single 4 bedroom condo.

About Double Rooms

DOUBLE ROOMS:
Guests can also rent double rooms within Condo del Sol and Condo Nautilo.  The rooms are private (not shared).  All have ensuite bathrooms.  In addition to the rooms, guests are provided with bonus spaces including full living room, dining room, and kitchen spaces located just outside the rooms. Those indoor bonus spaces are shared along with the two outdoor pools and pool deck areas in the Main Courtyard and Rooftop Terrace.  Amenities in the Double Rooms include:  a 32 " Roku Smart TV, 110V/220V electricity, a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and hot plate.
