Grenada Vacation Terms and Conditions

To secure your reservations for Grenada accommodations, a 25% minimum deposit is required immediately upon booking. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival and is also non-returnable if a cancellation occurs within 15 days of arrival. According to our cancellation policy, no refund is provided for cancellations made after the 15-day cancellation window, after check-in, or for early checkout.

• A three (3) night minimum stay is required for all of our Grenada accommodations. • An additional 10% Government tax (VAT) and a 10% Service Charge will be added to the cost of your stay. • To secure your reservation, a 25% deposit is required. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival, as outlined in our cancellation policy. • The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival and is also non-returnable if cancellation is received within 14 days of arrival. • Payment can be made via VISA/Mastercard or electronic wire transfer. Rates include housekeeping service (every other day) and wash and fold laundry services (upon request) at no additional service charge. Additional housekeeping events can be scheduled upon request by our guests. • Babysitting is available upon request for a nominal additional fee and is subject to availability. Reef View Pavilions offers limited Room Service through our In House Concierge Service, with our A la Carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus available upon request. • Initial provisioning (food shopping prior to arrival) is available through the Reef View Pavilions In House Concierge Service. A minimum fee of U.S. $10.00 is required, and a 20% fee is charged on all orders over U.S. $40.00, subject to availability.
