Cancellation Policy
- A 25% Deposit is required immediately upon booking to secure all reservations.
- The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival.
- The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival and is non-returnable if cancellation is received within 14 days of arrival.
- No refund is due for cancellations made after the 14 day cancellation window.
- No refund is due for cancellations made after check in.
- No refunds are due for early checkout.
Terms & Conditions
- ·A three (3) night minimum stay is required for all of our accommodations.
- ·An additional 10% Government tax (VAT) as well as a 10% Service Charge is required and will be added to cost of your stay.
- ·A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival.

- ·Payment can be made by VISA/Mastercard or electronic wire transfer.
- Rates include housekeeping service (every other day) and wash and fold laundry services (upon request) without any additional service charge. Additional housekeeping events can be scheduled once requested by our guests.
- ·Babysitting is available upon request at a nominal additional fee and subject to availability.
- Reef View Pavilions offers limited Room Service available through our In House Concierge Service. Our A la Carte breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are available upon request.
- ·Initial provisioning (food shopping prior to arrival) is available through Reef View Pavilions In House Concierge Service. A minimum fee of U.S. $10.00 is required. A 20% fee is charged on all orders over U.S. $40.00 and is subject to availability.
